Role Overview

This is a dynamic and results-driven role that requires an ecommerce professional to lead the end-to-end management of our online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing the digital customer experience, and implementing best-in-class ecommerce strategies.

The key objective of this position is to elevate the online shopping experience through UI/UX enhancements, personalization, and data-driven optimizations. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and execute performance-driven campaigns across SEO, SEM, EDM, and social media to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.

  • Ecommerce Strategy & Growth: Lead the development and implementation of ecommerce strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the digital customer experience.
  • Merchandising & Buying: Work with the Merchandise Planner & Licensing Manager to select and purchase products that resonate with our customers.
  • Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute performance-driven campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Customer Experience & Innovation: Elevate the online shopping experience through UI/UX enhancements, personalization, and data-driven optimizations.
  • Marketplace & Omni-Channel Expansion: Drive the development of new digital retail opportunities, including marketplace integrations and click-and-collect solutions.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of scaling ecommerce operations, optimising digital marketing performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximise commercial impact. You will also bring significant experience in launching, scaling, and managing retail ecommerce businesses, strong commercial acumen, strategic influencing skills, and expertise in digital marketing & social media.

Additionally, you will possess proficiency in Shopify, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for building strong cross-functional relationships and working collaboratively across teams.
