People and Culture Coordinator

Charterhouse is seeking a highly skilled and motivated People and Culture Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the company culture and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, prepare HR reports and analytics, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement and Culture Development: Support initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture, organize internal and external events, and develop employee recognition programs.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment cycle, coordinate onboarding of new starters, and ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees' HR-related queries, provide timely support and guidance, and assist in resolving employee concerns or conflicts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or a similar role, preferably within a professional services or accounting environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong ability to build relationships at all levels, and high level of problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
