About the Job

This role plays a key part in the management of our commercial property portfolio, ensuring the physical condition of our assets is well-maintained and that maintenance and repair needs are addressed promptly.

  • Provide administrative support to the property management team, including data entry and ad hoc tasks
  • Carry out site inspections as required to identify and report any issues
  • Respond quickly and professionally to tenant maintenance requests
  • Conduct regular property checks to spot potential problems
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and safety protocols
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, both reactive and planned
  • Manage contractor schedules, quotes, and on-site access
  • Keep accurate records of works, costs, and inspections using property management systems
  • Sometimes, emergency or after-hours call-outs may be necessary
About You
  • Experience in commercial property management or maintenance coordination would be beneficial
  • Strong organisational and communication skills are essential
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and good eye for detail are required
  • Familiarity with software systems, particularly Re-Leased, RP Office, or Cirrus8, is advantageous
  • A current driver's licence and own vehicle are necessary
  • A valid Real Estate Certificate or Licence is also required for compliance
