Role: Property Portfolio Manager Location: Sydney, NSWJoin one of the most dynamic teams in the industrial property sector and help manage some of the largest and most complex property portfolios in Australia.
We're looking for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our high-performing Portfolio Management team based in Sydney.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic property outcomes for a diverse range of ASX-listed and global clients, across Australia's national industrial markets.

Why You'll Love This Role Work with industry leaders on iconic portfolios and major industrial projects across the country Fast-paced, high-impact environment where your contribution matters Exposure to every major capital city, with a breadth of client industries and challenges Opportunity to broaden your skills across lease negotiations, expiry and option management, capital works, rental strategies, and more Be part of a team that values collaboration, initiative, and excellence Key Responsibilities Working with the Portfolio Management team to manage the property portfolios of major industrial occupiers Supporting and negotiating new leases and renewal of leases across ANZOversee the management, maintenance and reporting of key client data Establish and maintain regular client meeting cadences Management of lease lifecycle from commencement through to lease end and make good negotiations Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders What You'll Bring3+ years' experience in commercial or industrial property or portfolio management Strong understanding of lease terms and property fundamentals Confident communicator with a solutions-focused mindset, with demonstrated capability of effectively communicating with executives and operational teams.
