Property Portfolio Manager Job Description

  • Invoice tenants and control rental arrears efficiently.
  • Negotiate annual rent increases and market rent reviews.
  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct lease renewal negotiations.

The Candidate:

  • Prior experience in Commercial Property Management is essential.
  • Certificate of Registration is required.
  • Demonstrated driving skills are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial.
