Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in managing a diverse range of freehold and leasehold properties across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring timely renewal negotiations and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with owners, occupiers, and stakeholders to resolve lease matters and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of lease data, financial transactions, and critical lease dates to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Coordinate day-to-day maintenance, manage contractor performance, and promote operational excellence across the property network.
  • Assist with procurement, supplier onboarding, invoice processing, and provide monthly leasing support to the finance team.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a property-related field or equivalent experience in commercial or industrial property management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lease administration, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solutions-driven approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
