As a key team member in property management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ongoing enhancement of our commercial property portfolio.

This involves warehouse, retail, office, and wholesale trading spaces, which are crucial to Australia's food supply chain. Fresh produce reaches over 7 million Australians daily through our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end administration of leases, inspections, occupancy transfers, and compliance documentation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, traders, and internal stakeholders, handling complex queries and fostering positive relationships.
  • Maintain and improve our property systems and templates, supporting better decision-making across property, finance, and governance functions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in commercial property, leasing, or facilities administration roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, administration, or related field highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident, service-oriented communication style, able to build trust and communicate effectively.
