Job TitleCommercial Property ManagerJob Description SummaryAn exciting opportunity awaits for a Commercial Property Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic and high-performing team, working onsite with a top-tier insurance client in the CBD.
This role is your chance to take ownership of a diverse lease portfolio while providing expert day-to-day lease administration advice.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Prepare and complete WIP and Debtors reports with applicable commentaryReview and approve lease obligation summary and send to relevant partiesReview and approve annual CPI and Fixed increases implementedLiaise directly with the Transaction Management team to ensure alignment of data for lease abstraction, amendments, correspondence and exceptions, premises being exited or changes to current premises so that all database entries are complete and accurate alwaysExpenditure and Revenue rent roll review and variance reportingRevenue recharges - identify variances, rectify and approve workflowReview and prepare outgoings recharge sheet for existing expenditure portfolio including sublease tenantsFollow up revenue tenants for outstanding payments and approve workflowReview year end reconciliation documentation and engage with AuditorInterpret lease obligations for specific client obligationsEnsure Landlord compliance with lease obligations and resolve lease disputes as requiredMaintain alignment between internal teams and external stakeholdersFacilitate outcomes to support Green Lease compliance and initiativesAnalyse portfolio expenditure, identify savings and provide market benchmarksRequirements:3+ years' experience in Property or Lease Management and commercial real estateSolid understanding of lease structures and financial interpretationsStrong grasp of property databases and reporting systemsStrong client engagement and outcome-driven mindsetExceptional attention to detail with solid analytical and problem solving skillsFamiliarity with AASB16 lease standards and financial reconciliationsProven ability to navigate and interpret lease documentation with precision and professionalismWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
