The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Foster a positive hotel environment.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Oversee the front office area, including reception and night audit, ensuring accurate financial records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and achieve high guest satisfaction levels.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar hotel management position.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems, preferably Opera.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A valid QLD RSA/RSG certificate or ability to obtain.
- Australian work rights.
