About the Role

The Front Office Manager plays a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. This involves fostering team unity, ensuring seamless communication, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration.
  • Creatively resolve challenges and transform dilemmas into success stories.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Front Office team members to promote professional growth and development.
  • Maintain high standards of OH&S, respond promptly to emergencies, and prioritize guest and staff safety.
  • Accurately handle reservations, manage guest accounts, and analyze reports and data to inform operational decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Hotel Operations, preferably as a Supervisor or Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask under pressure, supported by strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems an advantage.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
