About the RoleThe Front Office Manager plays a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. This involves fostering team unity, ensuring seamless communication, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration.
- Creatively resolve challenges and transform dilemmas into success stories.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Front Office team members to promote professional growth and development.
- Maintain high standards of OH&S, respond promptly to emergencies, and prioritize guest and staff safety.
- Accurately handle reservations, manage guest accounts, and analyze reports and data to inform operational decisions.
- Proven experience in Hotel Operations, preferably as a Supervisor or Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask under pressure, supported by strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems an advantage.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
