Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our hotel service team as a Front Office Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to provide exceptional customer service, and have a strong ability to manage workflow and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch service to external and internal guests at all times
  • Supervise and train front office team members to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures
  • Handle guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service
  • Maintain a business-oriented perspective to drive revenue growth and retention within the property
  • Ensure seamless communication between departments and wider teams

Requirements:

  • A charismatic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to maintain a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within a hotel environment
  • Knowledge of property management systems is advantageous
  • Prior experience in a Front Office hospitality role
