The Star Gold Coast & Dorsett Hotel have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to join our growing team as a **Front Office Manager **of the Dorsett Hotel As an experienced and skilled leader, you will have extensive experience managing medium to large operational teams and competing priorities. You will have a strong and proven background in hotel management and be comfortable managing labour costs and operating expenses. You will have a demonstrated history of reviewing, delivering, and implementing service quality standards to ensure consistency and quality of service are aligned across your department.

Your key objective will be to oversee and manage operations of The Dorsett Hotel Front Office to ensure the highest standard of guest service, effective use of resources and optimum commercial outcomes.

**What are we looking for?**
- At least 5 years' previous experience in Hotel management is highly desirable in a 5 star hotel or resort
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Industry is advantageous
- An understanding of and experience with leading professional hospitality teams within large hotel environments
- Previous experience delivering on business objectives including customer experience and commercial profitability
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail and organisational skills
- In depth knowledge and experience with Opera
