Key Role: Events Coordinator

We seek an experienced and driven individual to support the development, coordination, and execution of retail, commercial, and supplier events. These events will showcase our brands, engage customers, and strengthen partnerships.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with event conceptualization, invitations, RSVPs, catering, and setup.
  • Manage pre- and post-purchase cooking demonstrations, ensuring suppliers, chefs, and guests are well looked after.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver on-brand, engaging, and memorable events.
  • Maintain and manage event calendars, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deadlines are met.
  • Utilize tools like Eventbrite, Google Drive, and Trello to keep projects organized and on track.
Requirements:
  • Organized, creative, and able to think on their feet.
  • Familiarity with marketing, events, and brand experience.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
