Event Project Manager

About the Job
  • We are seeking a skilled Event Project Manager to lead corporate internal and external B2B events from start to finish - webinars, conferences, trade shows, product launches, and more.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Independently build, configure, and launch web and mobile native event apps using specialized platforms (35% of time)
  2. Manage clients and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications to enhance the client experience (20%)
  3. Closely coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and the customer to ensure seamless execution on live event day (20%)
  4. Oversee event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly (20%)
  5. Handle post-event communications, analyze event data, and deliver insightful reports and recommendations to the customer (5%)
Key Objectives
  • Leverage platform certification and hands-on training to embed yourself in building platforms
  • Gain experience in project delivery by shadowing colleagues in meetings across each stage
  • Participate in virtual and onsite events to train on live engagement capabilities and logistics solutions
Requirements
  • End-to-end event ownership: You have led corporate internal and external B2B events from start to finish
  • Cross-functional coordination with operational clarity: You work smoothly across agencies, partners, venues, and teams
  • Technical dexterity in event platforms: You can independently build and configure platforms like Backstage
  • Flawless execution under pressure: You move fast and stay composed when events shift or things go off-plan
  • Ruthless time and risk management: You manage multiple events without missing a beat
