We are looking for an experienced and skilled project manager to oversee multiple projects and teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, delivering projects on time and within budget, and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO SECURE NEW BUSINESS AND GROW REVENUE.
  • DELIVER PROJECTS ON TIME, WITHIN BUDGET, AND TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS.
  • MAKE STRATEGIC DECISIONS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH AND IMPROVE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY.
  • COACH, TRAIN, AND MENTOR YOUR TEAM TO DEVELOP CUSTOMER SERVICE, PERFORMANCE, AND PRODUCTIVITY SKILLS.
  • DEMONSTRATE OWNERSHIP IN ACHIEVING DEPARTMENT KPIs THROUGH EFFECTIVE KPI SETTING.
  • WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH SALES TO ENSURE SMOOTH JOB TRANSITIONS AND DELIVERY OF HIGH-QUALITY RESULTS.
Requirements:
  • EXCELLENT CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
  • STRONG PROJECT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
  • EFFECTIVE PROJECT AND CONTRACT DELIVERY SKILLS.
  • ABILITY TO ANALYZE COMPLEX DATA, TECHNICAL DRAWINGS, AND DRAW CONCLUSIONS.
  • STRONG DRIVE FOR ACHIEVEMENT, MEETING GOALS, AND UPSPELLING SERVICES.
  • ABILITY TO MULTITASK AND HANDLE PRESSURE OF STRICT DEADLINES AND MULTIPLE PROJECTS.
  • MUST UNDERSTAND AND ADHERE TO OUR SUNSET POLICY.
  • TEAM WORKING AND LEADING OTHERS BY EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATING STRATEGY.
  • DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO LEARN AND UNDERSTAND NEW INDUSTRIES.
  • EXPERIENCE IN USING ERP SYSTEMS AND MS OFFICE SOFTWARE.

The role requires solid experience in building strong ongoing relationships with clients to lay the foundations for sales growth and vigorous negotiations that are part of client relationships. Alongside this, the role requires experience in managing a large team and delivering challenging and exciting projects across Australia.
