We work across key venues such as the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), and the main venues in Melbourne and Victoria, and as we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and personable Project Manager to join our Melbourne team. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll lead the delivery of exhibitions, upgrade stands, and event infrastructure. You'll work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects from project confirmation through to final completion.
• Lead on-site teams to install and dismantle exhibitions and trade shows.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Subcontractors to align on project goals.
• Monitor and report on project performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Occasional interstate travel for project delivery and coordination.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in project management or field supervision, ideally in the events or exhibitions industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
• Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• White Card, MR / HR Licence, and Forklift Licence (desirable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Projects (desirable).
