Are you a visionary leader with a passion for Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)? We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead our Asia Pacific team.

About the Position

This role will oversee the development and implementation of a proactive EHS management system across the region, including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and emerging new markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer a comprehensive EHS strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Lead the analysis and assessment of global EHS metrics, providing actionable insights to drive improvement.
  • Provide expert advice on workplace safety matters, emerging issues, and their impact on the organization.
  • Oversee the region-wide accident and incident investigation process, excluding manufacturing.
  • Emphasize continuous improvement, implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize risk.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global EHS team to achieve shared goals.
  • Proactively manage regional risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential threats.
  • Lead the workers' compensation and return-to-work program, ensuring timely resolution of claims.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing EHS strategies across APAC.

  • Ability to establish partnerships, strategically lead, and manage sensitive safety-related investigations.
