Job Opportunity: Lead EHS Management

This role will oversee the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) operations in the Asia Pacific region. Key countries of focus include Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and emerging markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a proactive EHS management framework and ensure its effective implementation across the region.
  • Analyze and evaluate global EHS metrics to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on workplace health and safety matters.
  • Lead the investigation process for accidents and incidents within the region.
  • Contribute to the Global EHS team by sharing best practices and expertise.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the region's EHS operations.
EHS Leadership Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, occupational health, or safety engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior EHS role, preferably in an international setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive change and collaboration across diverse teams.
