Job Description

This is a strategic role focused on supporting the development and implementation of product strategies for international investment products serving our clients in Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will have expertise in investment product regulations, asset management, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of product plans and go-to-market strategies for institutional and private wealth investors in Asia Pacific.
  • Leverage market insights to develop new investment products and sub-advisory mandates.
  • Prepare regular reporting packages on fund performance, competitive landscape, and industry trends from Asia Pacific institutional and private wealth investors.
  • Monitor regulatory developments across Asia Pacific and analyze their implications on existing product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, investments, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in asset management, preferably in investment or product-related functions.
  • Expertise in investment product regulations in Asia Pacific and/or Europe.
  • Knowledge of public and alternative asset classes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience structuring investment products or working with a reputable law firm.
  • Self-directed ability to analyze complex topics.
  • CFA or CAIA designation desirable.
