Job Role: Paid Media Marketing Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our marketing team as a Paid Media Marketing Specialist.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute tactical marketing campaigns to maximise audience engagement and deliver a scalable volume of new leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end processes of performance media campaigns, including campaign creation, performance optimisation, and budget monitoring;
  • Develop all messaging, manage execution, rollout and performance optimisation for paid campaigns;
  • Work with analytics tools to deliver dashboard/reports;
  • Use online marketing tools and platforms to manage ongoing keyword research, search query analysis, ad copy testing, landing page testing, building and processing campaigns;
  • Monitor ROI targets across all online channels and campaigns to optimise budget allocations;
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams (SEO, content, and retention), leveraging data and research to build test plans and frameworks.

Key Skills and Expertise:

  • Possess at least 3 years' marketing experience;
  • Hold a tertiary degree in Business or Marketing;
  • Have a good understanding of the evolving marketing technology landscape;
  • Demonstrate proactivity in providing daily meaningful optimisation recommendations and provide timely updates/answers to short notice requests.
