About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing a performance marketing strategy across commercial brands portfolio.

This involves owning and driving our Performance Marketing Program, through primary performance channels - paid search, social & digital video.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll have the freedom to own and grow the Digital Performance Marketing Program for three premium brands in the power tools industry.

  • Lead, coach & mentor the Social Media Specialist to develop, execute, analyse & optimize the social media strategy
  • Develop, execute and manage cross-channel performance marketing plans across key digital marketing platforms & channels
  • End-to-end management of Paid Search and Meta Business Ads campaigns across all commercial brands
  • Collaborate with the broader Customer Strategy Team to extend campaigns into digital channels

Your goal is to identify opportunities for efficiency and drive ROI in commercial activities.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience managing pay-per-click accounts spending $10,000+/mo
  • Experience in an online high-volume e-commerce environment
  • Strong analytical skills - able to critically consider information, articulate a business case
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships

Candidates should have a Marketing or Digital Marketing Degree, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, managing social media, SEM and digital media in a large B2C organisation.
