We are looking for an energetic and skilled Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the execution and performance of our digitally led marketing programs.

With a natural confidence and inquisitive mindset, you will take a proactive approach, overseeing and managing digital and social media campaigns across various platforms (including Hubspot/Brandwatch or similar), to test and deploy, translating data into actionable insights that shape our digital presence.

Supported by the CX Manager and a committed team of peers, you will relish the opportunity to take the reins of a role that's still evolving.

What will keep you engaged and busy;

  • End-to-end campaign execution involvement, including planning, briefing, optimisation, and reporting
  • Manage and evolve the end-to-end execution of performance-led campaigns
  • Develop and implementing strategies for online digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, including paid search and programmatic channels.
  • Coordinate influencer engagement and cross channel promotion.
  • Ensure robust measurement plans are set up for digital media, social marketing, digital commerce MikMak and Shopify campaigns.
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, staying curious about digital advancements and bringing learnings to the team.
  • Design and implement automated marketing workflows within HubSpot that will streamline lead nurturing, email campaigns, and commercial partner and end user engagement processes to enhance our marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach, using data and insights to continuously optimise performance and evolve the media mix.
  • You will be responsible for managing and delivering strategic digital campaigns, nurturing social platforms, growing community engagement, and ensuring our content reflects the integrity of our brand.

What will give you the competitive edge?

  • Demonstrated working background in Digital or Performance Marketing role.
  • Strong understanding and application of digital marketing platforms, like Facebook Ads, Google Ads & Google Analytics. SEO & SEM experience is also desirable.
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or social media platforms. (PPC experience is an essential).
  • A strong analytical mindset—you enjoy working with data, numbers, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience with Marketing Data management platforms and tools (including Google, HubSpot, ).
  • Confidence and enthusiasm to be a contributing member and drive outcomes that improve campaign performance and maximise (ROI).
  • Proficiency in analysing customer data, market trends, and feedback to drive improvements
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Personable with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn how to manage stakeholder relationships and present insights effectively.
