About the Role

You'll be part of a dynamic team that's expanding its digital footprint across Australia.

This pivotal role will put you at the forefront of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing efforts, driving growth across key digital channels including social media, display, programmatic, SEO, SEM, email, and affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and execute the annual digital and ecommerce marketing strategy, setting performance targets aligned with business goals
  • Lead planning and implementation of digital marketing activities across Paid Media, SEO, SEM, EDM/CRM, and affiliate channels
  • Manage the Digital Marketing and CRM calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and alignment with broader marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate external marketing efforts, including marketplaces, affiliates, and agency partnerships to maximize reach and ROI
  • Project manage B2C campaigns, overseeing content creation, asset delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and agencies
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify performance improvement opportunities and produce regular reports on campaign effectiveness
  • Drive organic social media strategy for various brands, including content planning, posting, and performance tracking
  • Create and manage on-brand content for websites, social media, EDMs, and blogs, ensuring consistency and engagement
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and/or other digital platforms
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and comfortable analysing campaign data to inform optimisations
  • Proven ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights and clearly communicate results to stakeholders
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with experience working across internal teams and external agencies
