Practice Manager

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team at State Street Corporation. As a key member of our Professional Services group, you will be responsible for leading teams of consultants in the implementation of our investment management solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee staff assigned to various client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and implement effective project management methodologies to drive efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop business through positioning and selling services for new and existing customers.
- Interface with existing and prospective clients, as well as internal divisions of the company.
- Provide functional consultancy services for clients, including software installation, configuration, and testing.
- Proven experience in managing teams with 5+ people across countries.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- Experience of implementing financial systems and delivering multi-tier financial applications.
- Deep experience of working in financial services, front- or middle-office, or fund management business workflows and concepts.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good knowledge and experience of financial asset types, including equity, fixed income, and exchange and OTC traded derivatives.
