Job Title: Practice Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at Benneaux. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting and business advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of our professional services team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior advisors, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S principles and maintain a safe working environment.
- Support and mentor administration staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage correspondence, electronic filing, and preparation of engagement letters.
- Lodge tax returns and maintain accurate records.
- Update ASIC records and conduct annual reviews.
- Manage invoicing, debtor management, and banking and trust account disbursements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar role.
- Strong commercial acumen and well-developed IT skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
