  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Step in as Manager/Dispenser when needed, providing hands-on support to the team.

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers.
    • Manage social media, website content, and community outreach initiatives.
    • Build relationships with local businesses, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.

    • Liaise with suppliers to maintain strong partnerships and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Director Support:

    • Previous optical experience and retail/management skills are preferred.
