Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Ensure effective collaboration across multiple squads and align work to deliver the product roadmap and achieve outcomes.
  • Work Management: Ensure all work is transparent and well-managed, providing an escalation point when necessary to facilitate effective delivery and remove impediments for the team.
  • Quarterly Planning: Build, manage, and execute quarterly plans to drive project success.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Resource Engagement and Procurement: Ensure all required people (technology and business) in product and platform teams are engaged and procured in line with stakeholder expectations and Virtusa processes.
  • Delivery and Flow Metrics: Utilize agile and lean delivery metrics to provide insight and feedback on team performance, collaborating with the team to identify and improve ways of working to improve delivery performance.
  • Governance and Controls: Observe the guardrails of related portfolio governance, collaborate with the Head of Portfolio/Technical Lead/Head of Technology to ensure portfolio and team alignment, and establish and maintain appropriate governance controls to ensure sustainability and ownership.

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Technical Program Director who can lead our technology programs with expertise in agile portfolio and program management or strategy/business planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful projects and programs, as well as experience in resource engagement and procurement, delivery and flow metrics, and governance and controls.

The estimated salary for this role is $180,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
