Transformative Change Manager

The ideal candidate will lead and support a range of activities that focus on training people on new applications and the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of change management activities.
- Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of essential project communications.
- Coordinate all project communication activities, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
- Develop a training plan that aligns with project goals.
- Develop a range of training materials that are engaging, informative and tailored to the needs of end users.
- Deliver training to internal and external users where appropriate and work to upskill users on new applications.
- A solid grasp of how individuals navigate change and the change process.
- Demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in change management roles, including structured change implementation.
- Demonstrated experience creating training materials and conducting training.
- Comfortable engaging with internal and external end users and project teams.
- Experience participating in project delivery teams comprising a mix of employees, contractors, and implementation partners.
