About You
  • You are a seasoned change management professional with experience in organisational change, ideally in Mergers & Acquisitions or large-scale integration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and work confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile and Continuous Delivery settings, with a track record of driving outcomes in complex environments.
