Job Overview

We seek an experienced Change & Transformation Professional to join our team. Our team helps clients navigate complex change by putting people at the centre of strategic change, from strategy through to implementation.


Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering change strategies to drive organisational transformation
  • Managing and implementing core change activities such as stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications and training
  • Identifying communication needs and executing against them using strategic and tactical communications skills
  • Working with cross-functional teams to execute change and communications strategies and activities
  • Creating impactful communications using various channels
  • Ensuring change management and communications activities occur on time and meet quality standards
  • Defining and measuring success metrics for change initiatives

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, organisational change and internal communications
  • Track record of successful delivery of stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing or communications activities and organisational readiness
  • Strong knowledge of communications and change models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client handling and creative thinking skills

Preferred Requirements
  • PROSCI certification is beneficial
