Lead CommerceOps Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Lead CommerceOps Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class commerce operations services to our clients in the ANZ region.

The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in commerce operations, with a deep understanding of technology operations in eCommerce/digital solutions. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire delivery colleagues to execute to a high standard.

In this role, you will be accountable for the consistent delivery of contracted services to our ANZ clients. You will also be responsible for championing innovation and technology/process improvements to continually evolve CommerceOps.

You will work closely with our Client Success teams and act as a strategic partner to clients to identify opportunities to increase CommerceOps service adoption and engagement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of driving service adoption and increasing business revenue through growing client accounts. You will also need to have strong experience with monitoring tools, best practice implementation, and leveraging insights to deliver high-impact services.

About This Role

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in the delivery of critical, 24/7 e-commerce operations or digital product management
  • Proven experience of driving service adoption and increasing business revenue through growing client accounts
  • Strong experience with monitoring tools, best practice implementation, and leveraging insights to deliver high-impact services
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire delivery colleagues to execute to a high standard
