Job Description:

Ecommerce coordinators play a vital role in the success of our business by maintaining and publishing digital content onto online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, and proficiency with e-commerce platforms. They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of product details, prices, and descriptions across all online marketplaces, as well as creating reports and dashboards to track performance. Additionally, they will identify opportunities to improve sales through content and online customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining, updating, and publishing digital content onto online marketplaces
  • Ensuring accuracy of product details, prices, and descriptions
  • Creating reports and dashboards in Google Analytics
  • Monitoring sites for operational issues and troubleshooting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles
