Job Opportunity

As a Digital Marketing and E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing all digital channels including SEO, website updates and performance. Key areas of focus include driving sales conversion, content development, social media management, and data analysis.

Key responsibilities will include developing creative content, implementing internal photoshoots, designing hotel collateral with a focus on menus, digital assets, and videos. Additionally, you will create communications and copywriting including email direct marketing (EDMs) and website content.

Furthermore, you will complete reporting including Google Analytics, SEO, EDMs, and social media, as well as liaise and connect with departments across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a strong understanding of accommodation, conferencing, and Food & Beverage operations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
  • Creating engaging content for various digital channels
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Analyzing data to inform business decisions
