Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commerce Operations professional to lead our team in Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Commerce Operations expert to drive business growth, enhance service delivery, and improve client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Main Responsibilities
    • Establish yourself as the subject matter expert for Commerce Operations in ANZ and drive innovation and technology/process improvements.
    • Lead the positioning of Commerce Operations in pre-sales activity and tailor service propositions for prospects.
  • Operational Delivery & Functional Leadership
    • Work closely with our team of Commerce Operations experts to drive consistent, best-in-class delivery of all contracted services to our ANZ clients.
    • Act as the point of escalation for major incidents or service escalations while leading the global roll-out of any enhancements to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Work closely with all Tryzens delivery functions outside of Commerce Operations to drive excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or Information Technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering critical 24/7 e-commerce operations or digital product management with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience of driving service adoption and increasing business revenue through growing client accounts.
  • Strong experience with monitoring tools, best practice implementation, and leveraging insights to deliver high-impact services.
