Join a dynamic organization as we seek a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Metocean service line into new and exciting markets. In this autonomous role, you will be backed by a unique advantage: extensive global experience with the ability to offer clients cutting-edge, end-to-end capabilities.

This isn't just another sales role. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to leverage business development opportunities, grow existing client relationships, and develop bespoke solutions to solve clients' challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive growth of the service line in offshore wind, infrastructure, ports & harbors, and other government markets
  • Leveraging internal service lines to identify business development opportunities
  • Servicing existing clients and expanding the business
  • Traveling regularly to meet with existing and potential clients

A key success factor for this role is previous experience with Metocean services, oceanography, marine data, or offshore operations. A Bachelor's Degree in Oceanography, Marine Science, Environmental Science, or a related field is also essential. Additionally, strong interpersonal skills, market trend analysis, and competitor activity assessment are highly beneficial.
