Growth Marketing Manager

BCG X is proud to be supporting a brand-new stealth venture soon to be launching in market. This one-of-a-kind digital ecosystem will serve a large demographic in Australia, helping them to inspire and be inspired and get the best experience life has to offer.

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer adoption and new strategies to validate, launch, and scale the venture. Through a hypothesis-driven, rapid test-and-learn approach, they will implement, execute and iterate on go-to-market activities that ensure best in class member acquisition, engagement and retention.

In this role you will
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive traffic, sign-ups, and conversions
  • Manage and optimise growth marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Oversee the development and management of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking
  • Manage and optimise online advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and A/B testing, to maximize ROI and drive conversions
  • Monitor and evaluate website analytics, KPIs and campaign metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities. Provide reports and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, product, design and development, to ensure brand consistency and align growth marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement digital marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution
  • Define, execute, analyze, and optimize sophisticated multivariate tests with quantitative significance
  • Analyse consumer behavior to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Utilise data-driven insights to enhance marketing initiatives
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our target market, customer journey, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend strategies for growth
  • Help define and validate core KPIs and unit economics, such as cost per metrics (CAC), retention, ROI and LTV to drive the business
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Apply innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity
You should have
  • 3+ years of experience of growth marketing or user acquisition and growth, resulting in increased brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth
  • A passion for scaling digital products, services and audiences and working with content to nurture communities through organic channels, in particular email and social media
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content, and analytics
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, marketing automation software, and content management systems (CMS)
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and event tracking solutions like Mix Panel and AppsFlyer
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
