Customer Acquisition Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth for a leading platform, working towards becoming a household name in Australia. As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for championing performance marketing across the region and collaborating with our in-house agency to scale acquisition efforts on key paid channels, including Google, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion performance marketing in Australia and work with our in-house agency to scale acquisition efforts.
  • Lead paid social content efforts, including high-impact levers such as creative, post-click experience, and algorithmic optimisations.
  • Establish a continuous test-measure-learn process to optimise paid social content performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance to derive actionable insights and maintain a regular reporting cadence.
  • Work closely with regional product marketing teams to scale successful referral programs that drive customer advocacy and viral growth.
  • Build and manage partnerships that support customer acquisition goals, working closely with external platforms and brands to create joint initiatives and offers.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a high-intensity growth marketing or performance marketing role.
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition across digital channels.
  • Driven and self-motivated individual who can find creative ways to scale and grow.
  • Highly skilled in data analysis and able to use insights to drive better strategies.
  • Expertise in scaling paid campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Strong experience working on successful partnerships with sound unit economics.
