Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We're a fast-growing SaaS company innovating in the construction industry. Our all-in-one platform helps builders and contractors run smarter projects, from safety and document control to project management and subcontractor finance.

Whether it's a large development or a hospital build, teams trust us to cut chaos, stay compliant, and get the job done faster.

As our first marketing lead, you'll work across product marketing, sales enablement, and growth hacking.

Your goal is to bring our story to the world, using your skills as a storyteller, strategist, and growth hacker to drive results.

You'll develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, leveraging data to inform decisions and drive growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in marketing, with experience in product marketing, sales enablement, and growth hacking.

A strong understanding of the construction industry and its challenges is essential.

You'll be part of a dynamic team, working closely with cross-functional groups to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
