Senior Operator and Team Manager

As a Senior Operator and Team Manager, you will be responsible for assisting site foremen on day-to-day project management and managing a small crew of your own. With a trade or machine operator construction background, previous experience in project delivery, and the ability to read and interpret plans, you will thrive in this role.

This is an excellent opportunity for career growth and development. You will work with a supportive and collaborative team to deliver subdivision and earthwork projects in Western Sydney. As a senior member of the team, you will assist company foremen on their projects and manage a team of 2-3 people.
