Earthworks Management Role

The successful candidate will lead and direct site engineers, supervisors, and teams working on bulk earthworks projects.

  • Operational management of bulk earthworks projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans for the earthworks department, including process improvements and technology incorporation.
  • Promote innovative practices and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity in earthworks operations.
  • Apply contemporary construction methodologies to complete assigned works in compliance with client expectations and company objectives.

Applicants should have a degree in Civil Engineering or related field, previous experience in a Tier One contractor environment, and delivery of infrastructure projects involving civil, earthworks, roadworks, and rail construction. Familiarity with material processing, crushing, screening, and blasting is also beneficial.

This role demands strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
