Project Director

We are seeking a highly experienced project manager to oversee projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of earthworks processes, including demolition, excavation, and shoring. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections and oversee day-to-day operations of the site.
- Ensure effective use of resources and equipment on the project.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on earthworks or civil construction.
- Strong understanding of project management software (e.g. Civil Cad, Blue Beam, Procore, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
