Earthworks Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to lead our bulk earthworks team on a major project in New South Wales, Australia.

This is a full-time position available for up to 3 years, with opportunities for accommodation and high-volume work hours.

  • At least 3 years of earthworks experience
  • Construction white card
  • Full PPE
  • Ability to work 6 days per week

Key Requirements:

  • Earthworks: 3 years (required)
  • Licence/Certification: White Card (preferred)

This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team effectively and ensure the successful completion of the project. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for earthworks.

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the earthworks team, including planning, coordinating, and executing tasks to meet project deadlines. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring that all team members have the necessary training and equipment, and managing any conflicts or issues that may arise.
