Manager - Rostering Operations

As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage a group of scheduling and rostering coordinators to achieve optimal performance outcomes and deliver exceptional service results.
Monitoring key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and providing coaching to foster a high-performing team are essential responsibilities. Ensuring timely communication of schedule changes and proactively resolving scheduling gaps are also crucial tasks.
You will be responsible for promoting professional development and succession planning within the team.
About You- Certificate IV in Leadership/Management or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- The ability to make informed decisions in time-sensitive situations that impact service delivery is vital.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer expectations and needs from a scheduling/rostering perspective is essential.
Able to build trust and maintain sound professional relationships that promote a healthy working environment, your experience in developing and managing a high-performing team within a complex and dynamic environment will be highly valued. Well-developed problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Competent use of Microsoft Office applications and rostering and scheduling systems is also necessary.
