Customer Support Manager Position

This senior role requires an experienced professional to lead front-line staff in delivering operational stability at one of our aged care facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily master rosters, backfill shifts and requests for new shifts across our direct, contracting and labour hire workforce.
  • Partner with corporate workforce optimisation team to ensure accurate rostering system data and enable forecasting for better resource management.
  • Lead interactions with staff on site regarding fortnightly allocations, roster changes, additional shifts and communication of available shifts.
  • Train and authorise staff access to our timekeeping system and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Ensure confidential rostering information is maintained as per company policies and code of conduct expectations.
  • Work closely with site leadership team to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times, including casual backups and trouble-shooting roster gaps.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects focusing on process, engagement, experience and systems to maintain smooth operations for residents and families.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive rostering experience mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
  • Valid NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain one to operate within the facility.
  • Experience working with Roster
