">We are seeking a highly skilled Rostering Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing front-line employees' shifts across various facilities.
">The successful candidate will have extensive experience in staff rostering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with operational teams. They will be responsible for managing daily master rosters, optimising employee work availability, handling sick leave and leave requests, and coordinating backfilling and casual workforce.

- Partner with the corporate rostering team to ensure data accuracy and system forecasting capabilities.
- Lead interactions with staff on site regarding allocations, roster changes, additional shifts, and communication of shifts available to ensure all shifts are filled with backups.
- Oversee training and access to the timekeeping system, including onboarding new employees on site systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of rostering information according to company policies and conduct standards.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment on-site, ensuring effective communication and high-quality resident care.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, engagement, experience, and systems.
