Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Accountant. This is a maximum-term, 2-year full-time opportunity based at our headquarters.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Perform actual to budget analysis and reporting for shared service cost centres, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate and assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for shared service cost centres, including reporting to HQ.
- Invoicing and Reconciliation: Manage the invoicing of shared service activities to local and overseas Bosch entities, and reconcile KPIs for financial reporting.
- Reporting and Insights: Prepare monthly reporting packs and associated reports for assigned business entities, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or Business.
- Experience: Demonstrated business or commercial experience, with advanced Microsoft Office skills and SAP FI/CO module knowledge.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and effective time management and organizational skills.
