- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Create tailored strategies and action plans for each key account.
- Provide accurate sales volume forecasts to the National Sales Manager and Head of Sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Address and resolve any issues with key accounts promptly.
- Contribute to key business projects, including data management and ERP support.
- Promote a positive workplace culture within the team.
- Proven experience managing and growing tier-one accounts within wholesale or a similar environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data effectively.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client needs simultaneously.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel and experience with cloud-based ERP and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Google Suite and experience with NetSuite (desired).
- Ability to travel locally or interstate as required.
