  • We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team as an Account Growth Manager.

This role will involve managing and growing IT maintenance and support contracts, identifying new business opportunities, and partnering with colleagues to close new sales and expand existing contracts. You will build strong relationships with customers and vendor partners to identify and develop opportunities, provide tailored value solutions to meet customer needs, and track and report on sales performance against targets.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing maintenance renewals to maximise retention and upsell opportunities.">
  • Hunting for new business opportunities.">
  • Partnering with other lines of business Account Executives and colleagues to close new sales and expand existing contracts.">
  • Building strong relationships with customers and vendor partners to identify and develop opportunities.">
  • Providing tailored Data#3 value solutions to meet customer needs.">
  • Tracking, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance against targets.">
  • Staying current on emerging technologies and competitor activity.">
">About You / Qualifications">
  • 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience, ideally in IT.">
  • Skilled at building relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Comfortable using data and Excel to analyse customer and renewal insights.">
  • Effective communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills.">
  • Driven, professional, and eager to learn and grow in your sales career.">
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.">
