About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This is a strategic role focused on ensuring client campaigns deliver results, goals are met, and relationships thrive long-term.
The Account Growth Specialist will act as the strategic lead across our advertising department. You'll oversee client accounts, review campaign performance, and work with our media buyers to optimise results.
This role goes beyond client communication — it's about owning client outcomes, spotting opportunities to improve campaigns, and ensuring we deliver on our promise of growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Strategy & Outcomes
- Own the success of assigned accounts, ensuring clients consistently hit lead generation and ROI goals.
- Translate client objectives into clear marketing strategies and ensure they are executed effectively.
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and growth.
- Advertising Oversight
- Oversee the performance of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with media buyers to review data, improve targeting, and refine messaging.
- Ensure campaigns align with client goals and funnel strategy.
- Client Communication & Retention
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building trust through proactive updates and transparency.
- Run regular strategy calls, reporting sessions, and quarterly reviews with clients.
- Anticipate client concerns and resolve issues before they become problems.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and delivery team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Provide feedback and insights to the creative, copy, and ad teams to drive stronger results.
- Help shape the growth of our advertising department with best practices and scalable systems.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
