Account Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retain and grow key accounts through strategic partnerships and successful campaigns.
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members, ensuring the development of skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Solutions, Trading, Data & Analytics and Marketing teams to develop client-specific strategies.

Client Interaction:

  • Proactively listen to stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain regular communication with all accounts, including scheduling face-to-face meetings and business reviews.
  • Resolve client issues quickly and without negative impact on relationships.

Campaign Performance:

  • Protect and grow MiQ's accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless campaign operations and meet SLAs.

Personal Qualities:

  • Be proactive and motivated by learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Solutions and Analysis to drive performance for respective accounts.

This role requires innovative problem-solving and novel approaches to challenges.
